當(dāng)我們?cè)陉P(guān)注設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)科發(fā)展的同時(shí)，創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)納入《中國(guó)制造2025》，成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵；上海也正在緊鑼密鼓地加快建設(shè)具有全球影響力的科創(chuàng)中心。面對(duì)巨大的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)變革，擺在設(shè)計(jì)面前的是史無(wú)前例的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。為了更好地貢獻(xiàn)國(guó)家和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，乃至人類(lèi)文明的進(jìn)步，設(shè)計(jì)必須更加深刻地理解日趨復(fù)雜的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象和設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，掌握介入復(fù)雜社會(huì)技術(shù)體系、并對(duì)其產(chǎn)生積極影響、驅(qū)動(dòng)創(chuàng)新的有效途徑。這正是設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)科所面對(duì)的全新挑戰(zhàn)。

2016年同濟(jì)設(shè)計(jì)周即將于10月12日拉開(kāi)帷幕。在兩周左右的時(shí)間內(nèi)，同濟(jì)大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意學(xué)院將圍繞 “新挑戰(zhàn)” 這一主題，舉辦包括 “新興實(shí)踐” 在內(nèi)的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議、工作坊、展覽、論壇等20多場(chǎng)活動(dòng)。

本次設(shè)計(jì)周由同濟(jì)大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意學(xué)院主辦，與上海設(shè)計(jì)之都促進(jìn)中心、上海工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)、中國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院（上海）有限公司等機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合主辦。我們會(huì)陸續(xù)推出 “新興實(shí)踐” 會(huì)議和各個(gè)論壇的專(zhuān)題介紹，敬請(qǐng)期待、保持關(guān)注！

When we discuss the development of design as a discipline, we should be aware of the current situation. Innovation driven growth and economic transformation and upgrading have become national strategy. In “Made in China 2025”, design and innovation is listed as the key for China’s economic transformation and upgrading. At the same time, Shanghai is under the way to achieve the goal of becoming Science & Technology Innovation Center with global impact. At the social and economic transformational point, there are unprecedented opportunities and challenges in front of design. To contribute to national and regional economic growth, design study has to explore further into the design objects and process, the approach to solve systemic problems and hence brings positive impact on sociotechnical systems and drives innovation.

The 2016 Tongji Design Week will take place on October 12th. New Challenges will be explored and discussed during the event. There will be over 20 forums, exhibitions and other activities including the Emerging Practices Conference (EPC).

The 2016 Tongji Design Week is organized by the College of Design and Innovation at the Tongji University and co-hosted by the Shanghai Week UNESCO City of Design, the Shanghai Industrial Design Association, and the China Industry Design and Research Institute (Shanghai).
